  • What qualifies as an emergency maintenance issue?

    Emergency issues include major plumbing leaks, no heat or air conditioning in extreme weather, electrical failure, and any situation that poses a threat to safety or property.

  • How quickly are maintenance requests handled?

    Routine maintenance requests are typically addressed within 24-48 hours. Emergency requests are prioritized and handled as quickly as possible.
